Your main responsibilities:
  1. Resolve escalated Accounts Payable, invoice and payment processing issues
  2. Execute S2P month end close activities including S2P related accounts reconciliation
  3. Handle vendor account statements
  4. Answer and resolve vendor and AP workflow queries
  5. Prepare and process vendor payments
  6. Execute S2P accounting analyses and reports as assigned
  7. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the S2P function, ensuring that improvements are incorporated in the work routine
  8. Build good relationships with key stakeholders including corporate suppliers
  9. Ensure proper processing of internal and 3rd party vendor invoices and support processing with complex issues
What we look for in candidates:
  1. Previous experience in AP/S2P area
  2. Good knowledge of SAP and Excel
  3. Excellent organizational and analytical skills
  4. Developed interpersonal skills
  5. Very good knowledge of English
