About the Role:

Tanium is seeking a highly organized and dynamic Workplace Manager to oversee our office in Kraków, Poland. The ideal candidate will possess an entrepreneurial mindset, strong leadership skills, and the ability to build relationships with global leadership and key stakeholders in a matrixed environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of our Kraków office, including curating programs, services, projects, and events that support Tanium's culture.
  • Manage a team of employees, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote a positive employee experience, drive operational efficiency, and support the company's global strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Enablement, Legal, Finance, IT Operations, and Admin ops, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to employees, candidates, clients, and vendors.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree required, or AA/AS with equivalent experience.
  • Experience in administrative workplace programs and/or site management for a large company.
  • Bi-lingual: Proficient in English and Polish.
  • Strong management and leadership skills, with experience working with direct reports and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
