Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Content & Community Manager to create engaging content across various channels, driving brand awareness and generating demand. This role involves developing a marketing content calendar, shaping the AltoVita voice, and producing compelling content ranging from SEO-driven briefs to thought leadership pieces.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and own the marketing content calendar, aligning with company objectives and unique selling propositions.
  2. Craft compelling content for social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
  3. Produce case studies, industry reports, and other materials in collaboration with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
  4. Manage social media presence and plan content using a scheduling tool.
  5. Contribute to email marketing efforts, including the AltoVita newsletter and account-based campaigns.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
  1. 4+ years of experience in digital content writing or a related field.
  2. Stellar written skills with flawless grammatical execution.
  3. B2B hospitality or technology background preferred.
  4. Experience with SEO.
  5. Consistency and attention to detail.
