We are seeking an experienced Clearance Broker Associate to join our team at FedEx Group. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth flow of international trade operations, from preparation of customs entry documents to verification of customs documentation.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing customs entry documents and submitting them to the relevant authorities.
  • Verifying the accuracy of customs documentation to prevent errors or delays.
  • Communicating with clients to resolve any issues related to customs clearance.
  • Ensuring that all shipment information is accurately recorded and updated in our systems.
  • Producing and validating customs data and paperwork to support regulatory compliance and timely clearance.
  • Maintaining attention to detail and working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English and Polish (B2) with excellent communication skills.
  • A team player with a can-do attitude and customer focus.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently under tight deadlines.
  • Task-oriented with good time management and analytical skills.
  • Able to make independent decisions based on expertise and knowledge.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Willingness to develop and grow in a multinational and multicultural environment.
