Clearance Broker Associates play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of international trade operations at FedEx Group. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing customs entry documents, verifying customs documentation, and communicating with clients to resolve any issues related to customs clearance.

Key responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit accurate and complete customs entry documents to ensure smooth clearance of shipments.
  • Verify the accuracy of customs documentation to prevent delays or penalties.
  • Communicate with clients to obtain missing information or clarify any discrepancies in customs documentation.
  • Ensure that all shipment information is accurately recorded and updated in our systems.
  • Produce and validate customs data and paperwork to support regulatory compliance and timely clearance.
  • Maintain attention to detail and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Fluent in English and Polish (B2) with excellent communication skills.
  • A team player with a can-do attitude and customer focus.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently under tight deadlines.
  • Task-oriented with good time management and analytical skills.
  • Able to make independent decisions based on expertise and knowledge.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Willingness to develop and grow in a multinational and multicultural environment.
