As a Data Protection Specialist at Société Générale Assurances, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of sensitive data. Your mission is to identify and mitigate risks associated with data protection, while also developing and implementing strategies to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Perform the Data Usage Analyst (DUA) role, including supporting the business representative in the creation and formalization of data usage requests, facilitating communications with stakeholders, and validating data usages.
  • Oversee data protection topics within the organization, including the application of GDPR, Schrems II, and banking secrecy legislations.
  • Develop and implement data retention management (DRM) policies and procedures for the organization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data protection and compliance are integrated into business processes and projects.


Requirements:


  • High education
  • At least 5 years of experience in project management, data protection, or a related field.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Understanding of data protection, retention management, and data governance processes and principles.
  • Knowledge of GDPR, Schrems II, and banking secrecy legislations.
