Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Freight Forwarding Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the transportation of goods, managing cargo exchange operations, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the transportation of goods, ensuring timely and efficient delivery
  • Manage cargo exchange operations, including negotiating with carriers and clients
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless logistics operations
Requirements
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in the transport or logistics sector
  • Strong understanding of cargo transportation and logistics operations
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in Russian, Polish, and English languages
