Job Title: Digital Creative Director

At Viseven Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Digital Creative Director to lead our design team. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative visual concepts that elevate the brand across various projects.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute visually compelling narratives that resonate across digital, print, and broadcast channels.
• Ensure brand consistency and alignment by maintaining a high level of quality across all platforms and materials.
• Stay at the forefront of design trends, technologies, and methodologies, applying insights to ensure the brand remains relevant and competitive.
• Manage the design process from research and ideas to realization, working closely with the team to deliver a ready-to-launch campaign.

Requirements:

• 10 years of relevant experience, with 5+ years as a creative director in an agency or corporate setting.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices, including knowledge of marketing channels, content marketing strategies, customer personas, and journeys.
• Experience in creating marketing/advertising campaigns from developing the vision and messaging platform to overseeing production on time and within budget.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a proven track record of developing innovative and visually compelling concepts and designs.
• Ability to think strategically and translate a creative vision into an executable plan.
