Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Real-Time Generalist to join our team at Technicolor Creative Studios. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of real-time software and engines, with experience in Unreal Engine, Unity, and Frostbite.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with directors, creative directors, CG supervisors, VFX supervisors, and HODs to deliver high-quality content.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks to ensure the best possible results.
  • Own important art tasks and initiatives from start to finish, troubleshooting and fixing problem content.
  • In-engine cinematic layout, animation, scene assembly, lighting, and problem-solving.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure that all work meets high-level expectations and specific project needs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in real-time software and engines.
  • Advanced skills working with blueprints and Unreal Engine.
  • Expert knowledge of environments, cameras, and layout, lighting, Shader Graph, Sequencer, Animation, and game dynamics.
  • Proficiency in Niagara/Chaos (FX, cloth, flesh, muscles).
  • Knowledge of Maya or Houdini.
  • Strong sense of scene composition, lighting, color, and detail.
  • Experience working with physically based rendering.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
