Job Description

The primary responsibility of this role is to analyze and monitor the compliance of banking processes with regulatory requirements. This involves creating and codifying controls related to operational risks, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and reporting on operational incidents.

This position requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a team environment. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of risk solutions in the banking sector and supervisory regulations concerning operational risk.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and monitor compliance of banking processes with regulatory requirements
  • Create and codify controls related to operational risks
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operational risk
  • Report on operational incidents
Requirements:
  • Economic university degree
  • At least 1 year of experience in a position related to operational risk, internal audit, or other department responsible for control of operational processes
  • Knowledge of risk solutions in the banking sector and supervisory regulations concerning operational risk
  • Fluency in English; French will be an advantage
  • High analytical skills
  • Skills in Office 365, with particular emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of PowerBI will be an advantage
  • High interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good organization of work, proactive attitude, and drive to reach effectiveness and minimize risks in company's processes
  • Ability to work in a team as well as independently
  • Ability to work under time pressure
