Responsibilities
  • We are looking for a talented AML/KYC Compliance Expert to join our team and help us maintain a robust AML/KYC program. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of anti-money laundering regulations and processes and will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of the end-to-end AML/KYC process for onboarding new customers/accounts, completion of periodic reviews, and event-driven reviews of existing customers/accounts to comply with State Street's AML Policy and Standards.
  • The role requires close collaboration with front office teams to ensure seamless integration with business objectives.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience working with complex ownership structures and will be proficient in analyzing data and identifying potential risks.
  • You will also be responsible for creating and updating customer profiles in the system of record and completing the necessary forms required to support CIP/CDD.
  • The position involves performing quality assurance checks on KYC records and validating CDD documentation provided by customers.

Requirements
We are seeking a highly motivated professional with excellent analytical skills, ability to work under pressure, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. Prior experience in AML/KYC operations is highly desirable. If you have a strong understanding of anti-money laundering regulations and processes, this could be the ideal opportunity for you to advance your career.
