About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Technical Innovator to join our team at MicroStrategy. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for harnessing the power of modern frontend technologies to create innovative applications that redefine the future of analytics.

Job Responsibilities

Your primary duties will include:

  • Collaborating with software engineers, quality engineers, and international teams to develop and maintain various projects;
  • Developing your technical skills in frontend, backend, and cloud technologies from top cloud providers, including Azure, GCP, and AWS;
  • Designing, developing, and implementing front-end and back-end features based on backlog priorities;
  • Identifying and resolving issues in collaboration with internal cloud and support teams;
  • Participating in Agile environments through code reviews, engineering design discussions, CI/CD processes, and scrum activities;
  • Developing and executing automated test scripts to ensure high standards of quality.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or a related field;
  • Strong programming skills in at least one of the following languages: C#, Python, Java, or TypeScript;
  • A solid understanding of software development principles and methodologies;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail;
  • Strong teamwork and effective communication skills to convey technical concepts clearly;
  • An interest in emerging technologies like Bitcoin.
Preferred Qualifications

We also welcome applicants with experience in:

  • Cloud infrastructures like AWS, GCP, and/or Azure;
  • Frontend frameworks such as React, Node.js, HTML, SASS, and RESTful API;
  • DevOps practices and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD).
Compensation and Benefits

As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on location and qualifications, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
