Machine Learning Engineer: Data Science Innovator

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our team at Team Up. As a key member of our data science team, you will be responsible for designing and developing cutting-edge machine learning solutions that drive business growth and improve customer experiences.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, collaborate with international teams, and leverage your expertise in machine learning to make a real impact.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, deploy, and maintain scalable low-latency machine learning products and pipelines using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
  • Collaborate with data scientists to design and develop next-generation machine learning platforms, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Research and experiment with the latest ML platform technologies, staying current with industry trends and pushing the boundaries of ML capabilities.
  • Streamline model deployment, ensure engineering quality through unit testing, integration testing, and stress testing, and automate the ML pipeline using CI/CD principles.
  • Work closely with internal ML teams to improve codebase and product health, providing technical leadership opportunities based on skills and experience.
Requirements
  • Tech stack: Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, AWS, Spark, Snowflake, Snowpark, Github Actions, Airflow, Grafana.
  • Degree in Computer Science or related fields and minimum 5 years of industry experience.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD, ETL, big data tools, mainstream ML libraries, and cloud solutions.
  • Programming skills in Python, Go, or other OOP languages, experience in SQL and databases, and unit test frameworks.
  • Familiarity with data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
