Job Description

Kalepa is seeking an experienced Senior Machine Learning Engineer to lead the development and deployment of machine learning models at scale.

As a Senior MLE, you will be responsible for framing, developing, and deploying machine learning models that provide valuable insights for our clients.

You will work closely with a small team of full-stack, data, and DevOps engineers to design, build, and deploy these models.

Your primary objective will be to turn vast amounts of structured and unstructured data into actionable insights about behavior and risk.

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in machine learning engineering
  • An in-depth understanding of applied machine learning algorithms, especially NLP, and statistics
  • Experience in Python and its major data science libraries, as well as deploying models and algorithms in production
  • A comfort level with data science and the engineering required to bring your models to production
  • Experience with AWS (a plus)
  • Hands-on experience with data analytics and data engineering (a plus)
