Job Description

We are seeking a Help Desk Expert with fluent Italian language skills to join our team. As a key member of our IT support team, you will be responsible for connecting our customers with our technical solutions, collaborating with diverse teams to identify and resolve customer issues, and delivering outstanding technical support.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong command of English and Italian (B2+ level minimum), eagerness to learn new technologies, and a willingness to acquire new skills. Previous successful customer service experience is considered an advantage, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or remote access
  • Document issues that you deal with on a daily basis into the ticketing system
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues
  • Escalate problems to the next level of support when necessary
  • Help the client with all the necessary information
