About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Software Engineer to join our innovative team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Salesforce applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop high-quality Salesforce applications using Apex and Lightning.
  • Collaborate with architects and engineering leads to design and develop internal P&G applications and global-scaled solutions.
  • Participate in the growth and development of the Development Pillar of the organization.
  • Develop technical documents and handbooks to accurately represent application design and code.
  • Evaluate existing applications to reprogram, update, and add new features.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Salesforce development (mostly Lightning & Apex, but also Visualforce).
  • Very good knowledge of the platform and its declarative capabilities as well as out-of-the-box functionalities.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Practical knowledge of Salesforce metadata and source code driven development as well as the usage of the tools (code repository systems, deployment automation, project tracking).
  • Familiarity with design patterns, good object-oriented programming practices, and Clean Code rules.
  • Familiarity with good unit and integration testing practices.
  • Willingness to learn Architecture style/design for enterprise applications.
  • Salesforce certifications – at minimum Administrator and Platform Developer I.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken).
  • Bachelor's Degree at minimum.
