As an HR Data Analyst at ERM, you will play a key role in enabling our business by providing data analysis to the Regional HR Director, the regional HR team, and the wider regional leadership team. Your responsibilities will include integrating finance, sales, and HR data to create integrated insights that drive commercial decisions, designing and implementing the HR data analytics roadmap, and taking responsibility for a quarterly 'HR Health Metrics' data pack for EMEA leadership team.

About the Role:

  • Integrate finance, sales, and HR data to create integrated insights that drive commercial decisions
  • Design and implement the HR data analytics roadmap
  • Take responsibility for a quarterly 'HR Health Metrics' data pack for EMEA leadership team
  • Support the EMEA HR Senior Leadership team by providing data & analysis at key points in the year
  • Respond to ad-hoc data requests & help develop a data self-service approach for the EMEA HR teams
  • Produce slides to present data
  • Ensure existing Workday dashboards are fit for purpose & proactively identifies future needs

About You:

This position would suit someone with the following skills, knowledge, experience, and attributes:

  • Intermediate/Expert in Excel functions
  • Experience in PowerBI or similar platform is beneficial
  • Experience creating & running reports in Workday or other HRIS
  • Experience working with multiple data sources
  • Experience of standard operational challenges such as data accuracy, user adoption, and adherence to processes
  • Knowledge of GDPR & data management
