As a Procurement Sourcing Lead, you will play a critical role in supporting the Global Category Manager(s) in developing and executing strategies for managing spend within defined categories. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, negotiate cost savings and rebates, and lead RFP/RFQ bids and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies for managing spend within defined categories.
- Negotiate and report cost savings and rebates achieved through strategic sourcing initiatives.
- Monitor and report on expiring contracts to prevent supply chain disruptions.
- Lead RFP/RFQ bids and analysis to identify and evaluate potential suppliers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in indirect supply chain management, preferably in MRO procurement.
- Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and project management skills.
