About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Consumer Engagement Senior Specialist to join our team at Antal Sp. z o.o. in Kraków. As a key member of our global manufacturing company, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing consumer engagement strategies and campaigns that drive loyalty, retention, and overall brand affinity.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing consumer engagement strategies, preferably within the FMCG industry.
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior and market trends.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically to solve complex problems.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of driving measurable outcomes through consumer engagement initiatives.
