We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Agent to join our team at TN Poland. In this role, you will be responsible for handling B2B and B2C clients on inbound calls as first and second-line support, addressing contract and billing inquiries thoroughly and efficiently, dealing with outbound calls for administrative tasks, and providing assistance via phone, email, or chat.

The ideal candidate will possess fluency in Norwegian Language, C1 level or higher, and English Language, B2 level or higher, attention to detail and problem-solving skills, service-oriented thinking with a focus on customer experience, minimum 6 months of experience in customer service, and experience in performing soft selling and upselling.

In addition to these requirements, the successful candidate will also have strong interpersonal skills, including communicative abilities, interpretation skills, confidence, pleasantness, energy, helpfulness, trustworthiness, efficiency, organization, punctuality, flexibility, good listening skills, precision, willingness to acquire new knowledge, and a service-oriented attitude.
