About the Role
As a Communications and Engagement Leader, you will be responsible for driving and managing Global Operations teams with regards to internal communication and employee engagement across all Operations Hub locations. You will work closely with 5 Communication and Engagement specialists based across the Operations Hubs.

Key Responsibilities
• Coordination and cooperation with Global Operations teams.
• Stakeholder management – engaging with leaders, HR, and other teams.
• Email announcements drafting, preparation, and distribution.
• Town Hall events production.
• Organization of global initiatives (People & Planet Day, Knowledge Weeks).
• Content coordination for internal communication channels (Viva Engage, TV screens, anniversary emails).
• Award and recognition programs management including budget coordination.
• Preparation of internal promotional materials.
• Support for Employee Resource Groups.

Requirements
• Full fluency in English is required (C1 level) with a focus on writing skills.
• Experience in communication roles with an understanding of stakeholder needs and effective messaging.
• Good copywriting and creative skills.
• A proven track record in graphic design and video editing is an advantage.
• Master's degree in Communications, Journalism, or Multimedia is preferred.
• Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects independently and deliver results under deadlines.
• Strong understanding of corporate environments and their dynamics.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint.
• Project management aptitude.
