About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Operations Manager to join our dynamic and international team in Warsaw. As a Commercial Operations Manager, you will be responsible for implementing commercial operations for a given zone or country.

Responsibilities
  • Implement commercial operations for the zone/country following the central global pricing framework.
  • Calculate local impact of central corridor calculations and build customer price lists.
  • Maintain price lists with changes, supersessions, and new product introductions (NPI) per central guidelines.
  • Initiate price changes outside of regular reviews and manage the approval process.
  • Set up retail prices and support local tender and deal management.
  • Monitor and control price compliance to price corridors and harmonization within the zone/country.
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis on sales price variance achievement, margin leakage, competitor positioning, and rebate changes.
Requirements
  • Around 3 years of experience in pricing, commerce, finance, sales, or customer service.
  • Strong commercial operations skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Fluency in English and Polish; additional French would be an asset.
