About this Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join TN Poland as a Commercial Partnerships Manager. You will lead and coordinate ongoing marketing projects, focusing on 360 consumer engagement campaigns. Your collaboration with commercial stakeholders will be instrumental in supporting channel evaluation and deployment planning.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including commercial stakeholders, to achieve project goals
  • Maintain open lines of communication with internal and external partners
  • Drive results-oriented decision-making by analyzing market trends and customer needs
  • Assess and mitigate potential risks associated with new marketing initiatives

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in project management in marketing, trade marketing, or brand activation environments
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience in team management and coordination
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and their application in commercial partnerships
