As part of our Business Services unit, we are seeking an experienced Chief Information Security Risk Governance Professional to contribute to the growth and development of our organization.
About the RoleWe are looking for a seasoned professional with expertise in information security risk management to lead our efforts in governance, compliance, and risk mitigation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT risk management, with experience in developing and implementing effective risk frameworks, policies, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive information security risk management strategies to protect ERGO's digital assets and reputation
- Lead the development of risk assessments, risk matrices, and threat modeling to identify potential risks and opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of IT professionals on security best practices
- Participate in incident response and crisis management activities to mitigate the impact of security breaches or other incidents
- Proven track record of success in information security risk management, preferably in a similar industry
- Strong understanding of IT risk management frameworks, regulations, and standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CRISC
