We're looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Developer to join our team in Warsaw, where you'll play a crucial role in developing innovative radiotherapy systems and ensuring their seamless integration with existing hardware and software components.
About the Role:
You'll work closely with our cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy software solutions that meet high-quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Your Key Responsibilities will include:
- Develop and implement software solutions using C# programming language and Visual Studio (ideally 2022)
- Design, build, and maintain technical solutions on a .NET platform
- Execute full lifecycle software development, from conceptualization to deployment
- Write well-structured, testable, efficient code that adheres to industry standards
- Develop software unit test plans to ensure reliability and quality
- Document and maintain software functionality for future reference
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines and milestones
Essential Skills and Experience:
- C# programming language expertise with Visual Studio (ideally 2022)
- Front-end development skills, preferably WPF, XAML, MVVM
- Relevant industry experience in creating software solutions for medical devices
- Excellent knowledge of object-oriented design principles (SOLID) and design patterns
- Data storage and management using standard relational databases
- Experience with IoC and Dependency Injection patterns and technologies, LINQ, continuous integration
- Concurrency and Multithreading concepts, preferably TPL
- Graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related scientific field
- Proficiency in verbal and written English (B2 level)

- Commercial awareness and understanding of market trends
- Methodical and thorough approach to work, with attention to detail
- Strong teamworking and communication skills
- Numerical and analytical skills, with ability to solve complex problems
