About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Strategist to join our team at LoopMe. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of human resources principles and practices, with a focus on technology and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand organizational objectives and develop HR strategies that support these goals.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance team effectiveness, workforce planning, and overall business performance.
  • Act as the primary HR contact for employees and managers on HR-related issues, including resolving complex employee relations matters and mediating conflicts.
  • Guide managers through the performance review process, supporting them on OKR setting, feedback, and development conversations.
  • Identify and address specific training needs within business units, collaborating with the HR team to create and implement programs that enhance technical skills and career development.
  • Use HR analytics and metrics to provide insights on workforce trends, turnover, and other key indicators, particularly focusing on cross-border workforce dynamics.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification preferred.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a Business Partner or similar role, ideally within the technology sector.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels and across cultures.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and data analysis tools.
  • Knowledge of Polish employment law and familiarity with Ukrainian labor market dynamics.
Benefits
  • Attractive compensation package estimated to be around $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
