We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to join our team in Katowice.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing multilingual support via phone, email, or chat to address passenger inquiries and resolve issues related to baggage, booking tickets, and flight rescheduling
This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- A communicative level of English (min. B2) and French (min. B2)
- Ability to operate Windows operating systems and MS Office packages
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A high personal culture and customer orientation
- Commitment and motivation to work collaboratively as part of a global team
- Availability to work from our office in Katowice
