Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Inside Sales Representative to join our team at TE Connectivity Corporation. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global industrial technology leader creating a safer, sustainable, productive, and connected future.

About the Role: As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a fundamental role in achieving our sales growth targets and driving our aligned sales/marketing initiatives through a passion to serve. Your key responsibilities will include meeting targets for specific accounts/locations, managing all commercial aspects with customers, preparing offers, project contracts, and quotations, and developing, enhancing, and growing customer relationships.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need at least 2 years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role, inside sales or consultative selling experience, and relevant product or industry experience. You should also have strong interpersonal and influencing skills, the ability to build strong, credible relationships with multiple organization functions, and the ability to work to deadlines and motivating goals.
