Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an IT Analyst in Technology Resource Management to provide services to Technology. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering services to Technology by ensuring that external consultants are contracted to the right initiative for the given period of time.

About the Role:

  • Be a part of Technology Resource Management – Consultant Support stream
  • Ensure smooth process of contracting and prolonging external consultants per supported area in Technology
  • Secure high data quality
  • Inform and guide stakeholders about the process (be SPOC for our stakeholders)
  • Support the unit by solving problems and contributing with new ideas to achieve business and/or process goals and cost efficiency, including maintenance of the data in between different sources
  • Support in managing contracts information according to project requirements
  • Contacting stakeholders when needed via Phone and in Digital Channels
  • In collaboration with our team you are developing and brainstorming the quality and efficiency of Resource Management processes
  • Taking responsibility in gaining good organisational understanding by networking and building professional relationships and competencies in being proactive sparring partner
  • Working closely with Consultant Services Team

Requirements:

  • Self-driven, good at stakeholder management and understand when to prioritize tasks with ability to take necessary dialogue and follow ups
  • Team player who actively contribute to continuously improve the overall delivery of the team
  • Ability to adapt and learn new procedures
  • Relevant educational background
  • Analytical mind and advanced Excel skills
  • Fluent English both written and spoken
  • Excellent communication skills and act proactively
  • Passion to do well and are solution-oriented (right attitude is the most important)
  • Impeccable manners and high set of business ethics
  • Process oriented (data management inside the process)
  • Manage time effectively
  • Adapt interpersonal style to suit different people or situations
  • Adapt and responds to change, accept new ideas and change initiatives
  • Demonstrate a respect, interest and understanding of others as well as encourage a climate of teamwork
