**Job Overview:**

We are seeking an Advanced Analytics Professional to join our Risk Management team in Zielona Gora, Poland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for risk identification and development of fraud detection strategies. Your expertise will play a critical role in optimizing our fraud prevention systems while maintaining a good customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Manage fraud rules, models, and controls to optimize fraud prevention effectiveness.
• Support the delivery of predictive analytics and models to develop new Fraud Management solutions.
• Optimize fraud rules to maintain high performance levels and best customer experiences.

**Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, or equivalent years of relevant work experience.
• Two plus (2+) years of experience in Credit Risk, Fraud Risk, Modeling/Data Science, or related fields.
• Four plus (4+) years' experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Four plus (4+) years of experience utilizing data mining techniques using SAS, Python, and other equivalent data science tools.

**What We Offer:**

Competitive annual salary: 80,000 - 120,000 PLN. Plus benefits including:
