About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant and Receptionist to join our team at Mercedes-Benz Group AG. As a key member of our corporate services department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our CEO and ensuring a professional office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Schedule Management: Manage and coordinate schedules, including the CEO's calendar, to ensure seamless communication and timely meetings.
  2. Reception Duties: Perform reception duties, maintaining a welcoming and organized office space that reflects our company's values.
  3. Post and Courier Management: Receive and order post and courier deliveries, ensuring prompt and efficient handling of mail and packages.
  4. Internal Communication: Coordinate internal company communication, managing the social intranet and LinkedIn profile to promote our brand and engage with stakeholders.
  5. Parking System Administration: Administer the parking system (Parking Share) and coordinate parking places allocations to ensure convenient access for employees.
  6. Office Management: Oversee general office management, including room bookings, office equipment maintenance, household organization, and inventory coordination to maintain a productive work environment.
  7. Procurement Tasks: Handle procurement tasks such as creating purchase orders, verifying invoices, expense reporting, and reimbursement processing to ensure smooth financial operations.
  8. Event Planning: Assist in the planning and execution of town halls, corporate events, and other activities to promote employee engagement and company culture.
  9. Business Travel Coordination: Plan and organize business travels to ensure efficient use of resources and time.
