We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Innowise Group. This is a unique opportunity for individuals with strong skills in documentation management and personnel operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Full Management of Personnel Documentation: Ensure that employee records, employment contracts, amendments, and termination documents are accurately maintained and up-to-date.
  • Updates and Advice: Provide timely updates to HR and payroll systems and advise management on key personnel matters.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare essential documents for hiring, contract changes, and terminations, including civil law agreements.

Requirements:
