You will interact with customers, sales, and service representatives to handle pre-sales or post-sales services via phone, internet, and correspondence. This role requires handling customer inquiries about our products or services.

  • Manage customer accounts as the primary point of contact.
  • Review contracts for orders and schedules, entering them into the SAP system.
  • Accelerate or prioritize orders upon request.
  • Handle requests for quotations.
  • Process customer returns.
  • Investigate credit and debit inquiries, issuing credit/debit as needed.
  • Conduct regular reviews with your account base to discuss delivery, backlog, and other support issues.
  • Review, act on, and issue order-related reports.
  • Address technical inquiries from customers using available resources.
  • Proactively follow up on quotations.
