Job Summary

This is a unique opportunity to join a leading IT service provider as a Financial Project Coordinator. You will be responsible for managing financial portfolios, partnering with the finance team, and validating financial numbers. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in financial management, budgeting, or operations coordination.

You will have exceptional command of English, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in financial software and reporting tools. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage financial portfolios to ensure alignment with approved budgets and actual spending.
  2. Partner with the finance team to validate financial numbers, investigate discrepancies, and address variations in projected spending.
  3. Manage quarterly Change Logs for contractors based on available funding, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
  4. Validate with external stakeholders the number of days employees are expected to work each quarter to align with budgetary constraints.
