The Role

Imperial Brands, a global FMCG business, is seeking a Supply Chain Distributions Solutions Expert to join our growing Global Supply Chain team in Warsaw.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the continuous improvement and optimization of E2E Planning & Supply distribution solutions, with a focus on cross-border business operations.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Responsible for the continuous improvement and optimization of IB distribution solutions, with particular focus on export/cross-border business and linked replenishment processes.
  • Acting as internal consultant related to cross-border-relevant processes and systems, supporting customer service and distribution teams in E2E-oriented initiatives.
  • Managing and supporting projects within E2E Planning & Supply, with emphasis on export/cross-border business, including design, build, testing, training, cutover/go-live, and hypercare.
  • Providing expertise and support for applied systems, including SAP ECC, APO & MDG, and integration setups to other systems.
  • Providing second-level business support and driving resolution of IT incidents raised by business users.
  • Acting as Key Contact between Project Managers, Business, and IT, translating business requirements into development needs and implementing them.

Skills and Experience Required:

  • At least 5 years of proven experience in Supply Chain Management, customer service, distribution, export, and logistics.
  • Sound IT knowledge, particularly in SAP.
  • Experience in Project Management/Coordination.
  • English fluent written and spoken.
  • Understanding of the global business and interdependencies of other groups.
  • Ability to adapt to different cultures, communicate well, team player, intercultural sensitivity.
