Financial Director

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Building a culture of effective business support within the organization from a financial perspective.
• Initiating changes that improve profitability and business development potential.
• Proactively supporting those responsible for specific business functions in managing their areas based on financial data.

To excel in this role, you will need:

• A Master's degree in finance or a related field.
• Fluency in English, with proficiency in Polish an advantage.
• Background in retail, with experience in strategy and business management.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
