We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in Kraków, Poland. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional online experiences for our clients.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global business that values creativity, excellence, and respect. You will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service via phone, chat, and email, resolving customer inquiries, and troubleshooting issues.

  • You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse team and receive ongoing training and support to excel in your responsibilities.
  • Our fast-paced environment requires proactive problem-solving skills, and you will need to demonstrate exceptional proactiveness and collaboration with team members.

In this role, you will also be responsible for identifying trends and process improvements, researching and developing knowledge of Google Ads and related products, and participating in ongoing product training and upskilling.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide high-quality online customer service via phone, chat, and email.
  2. Deliver efficient troubleshooting and query resolution.
  3. Identify, qualify, and overcome customer objections.
  4. Meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Manage and exceed multiple performance-related targets.
