We are seeking a skilled Customer Care Specialist to join our team at TN Poland. As a key member of our customer support team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional service to our clients.

The ideal candidate will have fluency in Czech and Polish languages, excellent communication skills, and experience in customer-facing roles. You will be responsible for analysing and resolving customer inquiries, providing support with platform usage and invoices, and performing administrative tasks.
