Michael Page is a robust and innovative family-owned company operating in the distribution of heavy-duty vehicles. Due to our newly acquired business in Poland, we are seeking an HR Business Partner with vast experience in accounting and implementation of controlling functions.

Job Description
  • We collaborate with business leaders to understand objectives and develop HR strategies that align with and support the achievement of business goals.
  • We support talent acquisition by working closely with recruitment teams to identify, attract, and hire top talent.
  • We ensure the Onboarding and Offboarding of employees and all administrative tasks related.
  • We support the implementation of HR policies defined by the Corporate Department.
  • We support managers in the area of the HR function as well as being active in making decision processes.
  • We implement global HR processes, tools, and policies and support their application.
  • We support internal communication and building a positive employer image inside and outside the organisation.
  • We supervise the development interview system and improvement of the appraisal system.
  • We analyze and identify training and coaching needs and build staff development programmes.
  • We prepare reports and analyses, reporting on HR indicators.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • University Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related.
  • Relevant experience on related tasks, including remuneration practices, employee and union relations, diversity, performance management, and employment legislation.
  • Very good knowledge of English.
  • Proactive attitude, good communication skills, empathic, and enthusiastic person.
  • Extensive knowledge in the area of human resources management, both in the area of soft HR and in the area of labour law, modern HR practices, and trends.
  • Strong business acumen and internal customer focus and building long-term relationships based on trust and respect.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proven background in leading high-impact projects or programs, cross-functional in nature.
