Customer Success Specialist B2C


Twój zakres obowiązków

  • Komunikacja z klientem końcowym za pośrednictwem naszej infolinii, poczty elektronicznej i naszych kanałów w mediach społecznościowych w zakresie pytań dotyczących psów, kotów lub koni, np. porad żywieniowych, pytań dotyczących sklepu internetowego i zamówień dla marki JOSERA.
  • Zarządzanie i optymalizacja procesów związanych z naszymi klientami końcowymi i sklepem internetowym
  • Osoba kontaktowa dla naszych wewnętrznych zespołów w przypadku wszelkich pytań dotyczących zamówień.
  • Ponadto:
  • Odpowiedzialność za koordynację, zarządzanie i ocenę naszego narzędzia do oceny sklepu „eKomi” (przetwarzanie recenzji, tworzenie i analizowanie ankiet)
  • Ścisła współpraca i wymiana między najbliższymi interfejsami w firmie na wszystkie tematy związane z sukcesem klienta i sprzedażą eCommerce
  • Podejmowanie indywidualnych projektów w obszarze e-commerce

Nasze wymagania

  • CV powinno być sporządzone w języku angielskim
  • Twój sposób pracy jest ostrożny, uporządkowany i bardzo zorientowany na klienta i rozwiązania.
  • Masz talent organizacyjny i potrafisz zajmować się wieloma sprawami jednocześnie.
  • Charakteryzujesz się inicjatywą, umiejętnością pracy w zespole i silnymi umiejętnościami komunikacyjnymi.
  • Ukończyłeś praktykę handlową
  • Zamiłowanie do technologii cyfrowych i pierwszy kontakt z marketingiem internetowym/e-commerce, a nawet sklepem internetowym lub marketplace'ami
  • Bardzo dobre umiejętności obsługi pakietu MS Office
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość języka polskiego i angielskiego
  • Znajomość SAP, systemów sklepowych lub systemów CMS jest dodatkowym atutem, ale nie jest to warunek konieczny.
  • Posiadanie własnego zwierzaka, ale nie jest to warunek konieczny 😉
