Customer Support Specialist

This role involves providing high-quality support to our English-speaking customers through various channels, including ticketing systems, chats, and phone calls. As a Support Specialist, you will be responsible for resolving issues, answering questions, and listening to customer feedback to ensure their satisfaction.
About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Support Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of the Talent Management Suite and be able to provide excellent support to our customers.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and precise support to customers via various channels.
- Be responsible for the care of our English-speaking customers, resolving issues and answering questions.
- Know the Talent Management Suite inside out and serve as the voice of the customer.
- Work closely with other customer-facing departments to ensure seamless support.
- Participate in side projects to develop yourself and the support team.
Requirements
- ~1 year of experience in a customer care/client-facing role.
- Fluent English language skills.
- Strong technical skills and ability to work with our technical team.
- Strong interpersonal skills and passion for providing a great customer experience.
- Experience in troubleshooting tech issues and providing clear solutions.
