We are seeking a highly skilled People Management Professional to join our dynamic HR team at Roboto Global. This full-time position is located in our Warsaw, Bielany office and involves working Monday–Friday, 9:00–17:00.

Key Responsibilities
  • Employee Acquisition: We require an individual who can effectively search for, recruit, and onboard new employees, ensuring a smooth integration into our organization.
  • Contract Management: The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and coordinating employment contracts for both internal and external hires.
  • HR Database Management: Maintenance and updates of our internal employee database and archiving of HR-related documents.
  • International Employee Support: Assist foreign employees with necessary formalities, including obtaining PESEL numbers, work permits, and residence permits, by collaborating with external agencies.
  • Employer Branding: Contribute to the development and implementation of Employer Branding projects to enhance our company's reputation.
  • Event Planning: Coordinate and organize company events and conferences that promote teamwork and foster a positive work environment.
  • Onboarding and Offboarding: Oversee the process of welcoming new employees and bidding farewell to departing colleagues.
  • HR Support: Provide day-to-day assistance to department heads, managers, and employees on various HR-related matters.
  • Group Health Insurance: Manage the group health insurance package to ensure seamless coverage for our employees.
  • Health and Safety: Coordinate health & safety training and periodic employee health check-ups to maintain a safe working environment.
The Ideal Candidate
  • We seek an individual with 3 years of experience in HR within a small/mid-sized company. Experience in the games or translation industry would be advantageous.
  • The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills in Polish and English and feel comfortable interacting with candidates and colleagues.
  • A strong relationship builder with the ability to maintain connections is essential for this role.
  • Familiarity with MS Office, particularly Excel and SharePoint, is required.
  • An adaptable individual who thrives in a dynamic environment will excel in this position.
