Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Data Analyst to support our TTEC Programme in data processing. The successful candidate will create reports to highlight any differences using Excel and Google Sheets, analyze data to identify likely errors, and prepare reports as a result of their analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, plan, and drive process improvement initiatives in any aspect of program operation with stakeholders.
  • Generate new reports and dashboards as requested by Operations.
  • Deliver timely value-added input, data, and analysis to support Operations or Clients.
  • Develop and maintain daily and weekly reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Design and update weekly presentations, adapting content and design based on identified trends and insights.
  • Formulate insights, identify trends, and flag issues on reports and presentations.
  • Support leadership in operation management, being present and the main point of reference during weekly reviews.
  • Articulate data trends and factors shaping those trends from a reporting perspective.
  • Educate leadership teams on the use, meaning, and limitations of reports, data, and analysis.
  • Support Operations with ad-hoc requests.

Requirements

  • Very good proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Good knowledge of SQL is essential.
  • Significant experience with spreadsheets and creating detailed reports.
  • Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing large datasets.
  • Good knowledge of and experience with reporting and data analysis tools, databases, VBA, and Scripts.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work efficiently with customers/stakeholders across global time zones.
  • Able to take initiative in solving issues.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Very good written and spoken English.
  • Very good communication skills.
