Job Title: Digital Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Data Analyst to join our team at Underwriting Solutions. As a key member of our analytics team, you will play a critical role in supporting the planning and development of advanced web analytics tracking for our Core Verisk web platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and manage digital tracking capabilities to provide detailed measurement of performance, data collection, and insights to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for all things tag management, with a demonstrated ability to personally manage complex, custom tagging setup across multiple ecommerce platforms.
  • Own the roadmap, testing, and further customization of the company's proprietary data layer to deliver improved tracking capabilities across our client base.
  • Collaborate with digital product owners to conceptualize and implement tracking capabilities that align with business strategy and goals.
  • Develop and maintain necessary documentation related to processes, content, and guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Several years of experience in a web analytics role, with emphasis on the use of tagging across ecommerce/B2B platforms.
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics configuration settings and functional options.
  • Data governance knowledge and ability to create processes to accurately onboard clients to standard tracking configurations.
  • Excellent communication skills: ability to clearly articulate data-informed insights & recommendations.
  • Sharp attention to detail and a drive for practical solutions that balance effort and result.
