About the Role

We are seeking a skilled PHP Developer to join our team in Warsaw. As a PHP Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining eMAG's e-commerce applications in three countries: Romania, Hungary, and Bulgaria.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Development and maintenance of e-commerce applications
  • Impact on the architecture of the ecosystem and working methods of our teams
  • Close work within the agile team and with other teams in eMAG
  • Delivering high-quality solutions
  • Support for our users

Requirements:

  • Commercial experience as a PHP developer for at least 3 years
  • Strong PHP and SQL knowledge
  • Experience with popular PHP frameworks (Symfony preferred)
  • Experience in writing unit tests
  • Experience in developing web services and integration applications in PHP
  • Capability of creating clean, secure, high-quality code
  • Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
  • Good communication skills
  • Team player with a positive attitude to challenging tasks
  • English on B2 level or higher
