The Cigarette Packer Instructor position is a key role in our factory operations, requiring a strong technical background and excellent communication skills. As an Instructor, you will work closely with our factory personnel to ensure that our equipment is running efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities include providing technical support for solutions of issues in JTG GSC production environment, studying new modifications of cigarette packing equipment, and conducting technical skills assessment tests. You will also be responsible for systematizing practical experience on equipment troubleshooting and compiling lists of tools required for support activities.

To be successful in this role, you will need a strong background in the tobacco industry, with at least 3 years of experience in cigarette packing equipment. A vocational high school degree or higher is preferred, and basic English language proficiency is required.
