The Opportunity

The Reporting, Analysis & Continuous Improvement team is part of the Delivery Performance function that supports all customer service activities across our Enterprise business line. We monitor all aspects of customer service delivery, assess performance, and use data-led methods to build sustainable continuous improvements across the business.

This role involves building, implementing, and establishing continuous improvement initiatives to deliver improved outcomes for our customers and for the business.

Key Responsibilities

">
  • ">
  • Process analysis and documentation – working effectively with operators and process experts to assess and document current state and perform root cause analysis.">
  • Creating/using data measurements to assess process capability and performance – developing KPIs with teammates and using those KPIs to assess performance.">
  • Researching and representing best practices – demonstrating knowledge of best practice inside and outside the organisation to offer sound and sustainable solutions for improving performance.">
  • Developing and presenting clear proposals for Continuous Improvement interventions – building and socialising the business case to secure the necessary sponsorship, resources, and approvals.">
  • Developing and documenting detailed improvement plans – consulting with all stakeholders and contributors to create, socialise, implement, update, and ultimately deliver the improvements.">
  • Effectively coordinating contributors drawn from across the business to deliver improvement plans in a timely manner.">
  • Promoting a culture of continuous improvement inside and outside the team – bringing a professional approach to achieving improved outcomes for us and our customers.">

  • Prior experience in a Continuous Improvement role or related field.">
  • A highly proactive approach and strong communication skills.">

  • Fluency in English is a must; other European languages would be a plus.">
  • Strong attention to details.">
  • Project management skills would be a plus.">
