Job Overview

Stryker is seeking a highly skilled Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for processing vendor invoices in a timely and accurate manner.

Main Responsibilities
  • Review and process invoices received through the ERP system or monitoring tool.
  • Closely collaborate with other teams within P2P to resolve invoice issues.
  • Participate in daily huddles and weekly team meetings to ensure seamless communication.
  • Regularly update and review work instructions to maintain high standards.
  • Contribute to the backup structure and support team members as needed.
Requirements
  • Fluency in English, with proficiency in French, Polish, or German being a plus.
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration preferred.
  • At least one year of relevant experience in Accounts payable or Accounting.
  • Experience with ERP systems is an asset.
