Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineering Manager to lead our team responsible for developing and adapting internal tools and systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, particularly in gaming, and experience in managing teams and leading projects.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement DevOps strategies to improve build performance and deployment efficiency.
  • Lead a team of DevOps engineers to design, develop, and maintain internal tools and systems.
  • Collaborate with development teams to integrate new deployment processes and improve overall software quality.
  • Develop and manage CI/CD systems to automate testing, building, and deployment processes.
  • Optimize pipelines and processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
  • Maintain source control branches and perform integrations with merge conflicts.
  • Provide Perforce support for the team and maintain documentation of the build/release process.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in software development, particularly in gaming.
  • Strong proficiency in C# backend development (ASP.NET Core,.NET 6+, primarily.NET 8).
  • Experience in Entity Framework, LINQ, and Python programming.
  • Knowledge of Postgres or other RDBMS and source control software.
  • Demonstrated commitment to taking ownership, setting goals, and driving initiatives independently.
  • Proven track record of effective collaboration, supporting colleagues, and achieving shared goals.
Nice to Have
  • Knowledge of Unreal Engine and continuous integration concepts.
  • Experience in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and familiarity with AWS.
  • Knowledge of Elasticsearch/MongoDB and Active Directory, security concepts, and authentication.
