Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Backend Developer (Node.js/TypeScript) to join a project for our strategic client, a leading manufacturing company from Sweden. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining business-critical microservices using TypeScript, Node.js, and AWS services.

Responsibilities
  • Design and implement automated unit, integration, and performance tests
  • Develop cloud-native applications based on AWS services like Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, and EventBridge
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure high code quality and standards
  • Be actively involved in designing and developing reliable and secure backend features and functions
  • Work with continuously delivered (CI/CD) systems
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a backend/full-stack developer with recent projects in TypeScript and Node.js
  • Creating and running test automation with a holistic approach, including system, performance, smoke, and E2E tests
  • Developing automation tests in Frisby/Postman/Playwright
  • Ability to share knowledge, experiences, and opinions on the forum via technology demos and brainstorming sessions
  • Willingness to grow and learn with a passion for creating new solutions
  • Experience in working closely with product and design teams as well as doing pair programming in small, agile, and cross-functional teams
  • Providing mentorship and helping others expose their potential via straight, fact-based, and constructive feedback
  • Being a team player and being able to help people grow and guide decision-making processes
  • Fluent verbal and written skills in Polish and English
